WIS stands for "Web & IT Solutions" — pretty straightforward, right? We're a small team based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, focused on helping local businesses with their technology needs.
We've been working in the IT industry for a while now, and we noticed something: a lot of businesses here struggle to find reliable, honest tech support. Either it's too expensive, too complicated, or the provider just doesn't understand what you actually need.
So we started WIS to do things differently. We believe in clear communication, fair pricing, and actually solving problems instead of just pushing expensive solutions.
We handle two main things: IT support and web development.
For IT support, we help with computers, networks, printers, and all the other tech stuff that can go wrong in a business. We come to you or help remotely — whatever works best.
For web development, we build custom websites and web applications. Not the cookie-cutter templates you see everywhere, but real solutions tailored to your needs.
We're also working on a POS system for local businesses, but that's still in development. Stay tuned!
We tell you what you actually need, not what makes us the most money. If you don't need something, we'll say so.
When you call us, we answer. When we say we'll be there, we show up. Simple as that.
